Refund Policy.

01The short version

We do not give refunds. When you pay for a server, the payment is final.

There is no minimum term, so you never pay for more than the month you are in. If the service is not for you, cancel and you will not be charged again.

02Why

Your server is created the moment your payment is confirmed. From that second, processor, memory, disk and an IP address are reserved for you alone and cannot be given to anyone else.

By placing an order you ask us to start the service immediately, and you accept that you give up any right to withdraw from the purchase once the server has been delivered.

03What this covers

No refund is given for:

• the first payment or any renewal
• the unused part of a month after you cancel
• a server you did not use
• a service we suspended or ended because the Terms of Service were broken
• changing your mind, or choosing the wrong server or system
• problems caused by software or settings inside your server

04Billing mistakes

These are not refunds, they are corrections, and we always make them:

• You were charged twice for the same invoice
• You paid and we could not deliver the server at all

Write to legal@tradenoc.com with your invoice number within 30 days of the payment. The money goes back to the card you paid with.

05How to stop paying

Cancel the service from the client panel before the next renewal date. The server keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for and is then deleted with its data.

06Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first. We answer quickly. If a payment is reversed through your bank while the matter is open, the service is suspended until it is settled.

07Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights that the law of the country you live in gives you and that cannot be waived.
